home-banner-text

By funding the most promising and innovative research directly focused on MDS we seek to increase our understanding of MDS and dramatically improve diagnostics, therapy and care for patients.

The Edward P. Evans Foundation was established in 1984. During Mr. Evans’ lifetime, the Foundation supported a variety of causes and made transformational gifts to institutions. Following Mr. Evans death on December 31, 2010 and in keeping with his wishes, the mandate of the Foundation was amended to establish the Foundation’s primary mission: supporting transformational and collaborative medical research in the areas of Myelodysplastic Syndromes and Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
